I am Alyshia, ex-professional Dancer and STOTT PILATES® Fully Certified Pilates instructor currently teaching in London.

My training is in STOTT PILATES® which is a contemporary approach to the original Pilates method, ‘Contrology’. It supports body awareness and progression through exercises safely and efficiently.
