Sessions are designed for you ~ providing a personal approach/experience.

Mindful of your level of Pilates experience, injuries, pathologies/conditions, general fitness and your goals.

Sessions include

• Tailored exercises for your specific goals and body.

• Static Postural Analysis (in-person) and movement analysis.

• In-session feedback given

• Balanced full body program

• Exercise modifications including adjustable levels of spring resistance where appropriate on equipment

  • Matwork with small props

    ‘Small props’ are provided for in-person Mat Sessions (small props include bands, weights, fitness circle, Pilates ball)

  • Reformer and Mixed Equipment

    Reformer and Mixed Equipment Sessions incorporates one or a variety of Pilates equipment. This can include Reformer, Stability Chair, Arc Barrel and Matwork with 'small props'.

    Available as a:

    • PRIVATE 1.1

    – IN-PERSON or ONLINE (if client has their own equipment, online not suitable for absolute beginners) –

  • Online Mat sessions

    Online Mat sessions are convenient if you are short on time or traveling and can easily fit into a busy schedule.

    Sessions are adapted to include 'small props' (bands, weights, fitness circle, Pilates ball) if you have them, or just you and your mat.

    Available as a:

    • PRIVATE 1.1

    • DUET 2.1

    • LARGER GROUP

  • Your Home Studio

    If you have your own home studio/gym or Pilates equipment sessions can be online or in person (location dependant).
